All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Product is custom made per order. Expect shipment within 4-6 weeks. You will receive an email with estimated ship time and another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer $10 flat rate domestic shipping with USPS First Class Mail. For expedited shipping or international orders, please contact us.

Free local shipping

You can skip the shipping fees with free local delivery to the Los Angeles, CA area. After placing your order, select local delivery at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready. Please note the product is custom made and will take 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will send you an email with an estimated delivery date and another email when the product is ready for delivery. We will call you to arrange local delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
